Biography

Trac Nguyen

Trac Nguyen, a licensed clinical professional counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate the various phases of life. My therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing the complexity of each person as a unique interplay of mind, body, and environment. I integrate health psychology, diverse psychological theories, and evidence-based practices to understand how our experiences, beliefs, and surroundings influence our emotions and behaviors. In our work together, I will create a supportive space where you can fully show up as yourself, for yourself. It’s essential for us to feel invited to authentically exist in the presence of another. Through meaningful conversations, we will uncover new insights and develop strategies to effectively respond to emotional signals. I am committed to guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and empowering you to achieve your personal goals. My aim is to help you build a personalized toolkit for managing emotional and physical challenges. Ultimately, I want you to feel confident and capable of navigating these challenges independently, so you can continue to thrive even after our sessions conclude.
”Nobody will save you; but you can, if you are willing to take the steps. Healing from pain is a choice. You have to consciously decide that you deserve to feel free, that you deserve to let go of the weight that has been holding you down for too long”
