Anah Alie

Anah Alie, LGPC, is a compassionate and culturally responsive therapist who provides ethical, trauma-informed mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. With an eight-year background as an elementary school educator, she brings a unique, holistic perspective that blends educational insight, emotional development, and therapeutic support.

 

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered counseling. Anah is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools needed for lasting emotional well-being.
