Biography

Anah Alie

Anah Alie is a LGPC dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive
mental health care. Transitioning from a successful eight-year career as an elementary school
teacher, she brings a unique perspective that integrates educational insight, emotional
development, and therapeutic support.
Her counseling approach is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices,
incorporating techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused
therapy, and person-centered counseling. Anah strives to create a warm, supportive
environment where children, adolescents, and adults can explore challenges, develop
resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Drawing on her extensive experience in education, Anah is skilled at fostering emotional
intelligence, managing classroom and behavioral challenges, and collaborating with families to
support student well-being. Her background enables her to bridge the gap between educational
and clinical care, providing holistic support for clients navigating academic, emotional, and
