TRACY TSAO

Tracy Tsao is a licensed clinical professional mental health counselor in Maryland (5 years). I have over 8 years of experience working with community mental health and school settings, individuals with severe mental illnesses, and at least 3 years in private practice. TRACY TSAO

Tracy Tsao is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) based in Maryland with over eight years of experience in community mental health, school settings, and private practice. Tracy’s therapeutic approach is rooted in cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on helping individuals build healthy boundaries and navigate life transitions.

 

Specializing in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, and relationship conflicts, Tracy serves adults, young adults, and individuals from underserved communities, including LGBTQIA+ and Asian/Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) populations.

 

Tracy is committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for her clients, empowering them to face emotional challenges with resilience. She integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with trauma-informed processing.
