Rachida Njoya

Rachida is a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to provide psychiatric mental health care to people. With six (6) years of psychiatric experiences at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington DC (PIW) as a psychiatric Registered Nurse, she value the highly need for mental health services. Her desire is to help people who need a close touch and those who are suffering from different mental health disorders. Rachida works with ages groups from adolescents, adults, and older adults to provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, and medication management. Her combination of medical and mental experiences help her to provide the best quality care to patients and follow up as needed. With the faith and the spread of God’s care through physical, mental, and spiritual healing, she believes that she can help people to manage their symptoms and well-being.

Trevor Irish

Trevor Irish is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care. He recently earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University, completing an internship with Synergy Family Services where he developed personalized treatment plans and conducted individual therapy for clients ages 8–18. Proficient in evidence-based practices, Trevor works with clients facing anxiety, depression, compulsive disorders, and childhood trauma, focusing on helping them build resilience, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall well-being.
