Reclaiming You: A Weekly Healing Group for Single Women with Children

This is an open, ongoing therapeutic support group for single women with children who are navigating the emotional, relational, and mental load of motherhood. Each week covers a stand-alone topic focused on healing, boundaries, identity, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. Women can join at any time. No previous sessions required. This group creates a warm, culturally grounded, and empowering space for mothers to breathe, release pressure, and reconnect with themselves while building community.
