Our urgent care center in Gaithersburg is open 5 days a week with extended hours. Office visits are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Telehealth appointments are available Monday through Thursday until 7:30 PM and Friday until 5:30 PM. Same-day appointments are often available — call us at 301-330-0006 or book online.

Our urgent care team treats a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including colds and flu, sore and strep throat, ear infections, skin infections and rashes, minor cuts and lacerations, sprains and strains, burns, and urinary tract infections. We also offer on-site lab testing and EKG. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
